Confirmation of Booking
Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the reservations
form, making sure that you give us your e-mail address and sending
it to us. As soon as we receive your request we will reply within
24 hours.
Payment
Full prepayment by bank transfer is required before commencement
of services, with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by
client. Please fax or e-mail a copy of pay-in slip at info@SaveFlights.com
or fax. +66 (0) 2 932-7008 .

Ticket Delivery
Thaistudentairfares.com is happy to delivery air-ticket to your
staying hotels in Bangkok FREE OF CHARGES.
However, oversea delivery is also available by FEDEX or DHL carrier,
delivery rates are depend on distance which our reservation staff
will advised upon confirmed booking.
Cancellation/Changes and Refund Policy
Please be advised that each airline have different rules and policies
on cancellation and changes. SaveFlights.com will let you know ticket
conditions, cancellation and changes policies before you buy your
tickets. If you have specific questions, please ask one of our staff
before purchasing tickets.
After ticket is issued, in general, airline rules are as follows:
- Date changes are possible in a limit of validity period; otherwise
exceptional rules will be stated.
Mostly, airline tickets are refundable except very special air-tickets
are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policies (in case of refundable tickets)
- In case of any unused ticket cancellation, approximately 15-30%
penalty fee of ticket fare will be charged by airlines.
- In case of used air-ticket cancellation such as one leg cancellation
for roundtrip ticket, approximately 15-20% of ticket fare will
be refunded by airlines
Process of Cancellation and Refund Policies:
- After issued ticket and there is any cancellation, please send
an e-mail informing our staff at Info@Thaistudentairfares.com
- Send air-ticket to us to process refund with airlines at following
address:

- Process of refund with airlines will take 2-3 months.
- After we received refund from airlines, we will e-mail you
notifies of refunded amounts and then process refund money accordingly
via money transfer or credit card according t
your payment method.
Please keep in mind that these are not our rules and penalties
- they are those, which the airline imposed on us. If you have specific
questions, please ask one of our staff before purchasing tickets

SaveFlights.com reserves the right to charge penalties for any
refunds of tickets because of canceled flights, airline bankruptcies,
or other reason beyond our control.
Passport & Visa
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO ENSURE YOU ARE IN POSSESSION OF A VALID
PASSPORT AND VISA AND ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS ARE VALID FOR TRAVEL.
Airline Reservation Status
OK means the flight and seats have been confirmed by the airline.
RQ means the seats are on request. WL means the flight is on waitlist.
All times are shown in local time on the 24-hour clock.
Flight Timings
At the time the booking is confirmed on-line the timings are entirely
accurate, but are liable to be changed by the participating airline.
We strongly advise you reconfirm your return flight 72 hours prior
to departure with your airline direct.
In the event of a schedule change we will try to offer you the nearest
alternative, subject to availability. However, SaveFlights.com cannot
accept any responsibility for re-schedules made by the airlines
either before you commence traveling or en-route.
ThaiStudentAirfre.com cannot offer compensation or cover any extra
costs incurred as a result of an airline re-scheduling flights.
